My friends and I have been renting from Ashton several years and he is a really good landlord. If anything is broken in the house, he makes an effort to come and fix it within a few days. Always friendly, so helpful, I love the house and that it is important to him to keep it in good shape. Definitely recommend him as a landlord!
My friends and I moved across country from New York to Arizona and had no expectations besides having fun while in Tempe. I originally rented a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house then a 3bedroom 2 bath condo, both from the Faires investment trust. The homes were absolutely incredible, Ashton made us all feel like family and went above and beyond taking care of our house that we rented. my college roommates and I rented a 4 bedroom house from Ashton for two years and he is by far the best landlord I've ever had. he's helpful, handy, and just all around awesome. his houses are axing and anyone would be crazy not to rent from him!
