It’s hard to imagine a better landlord than Ashton. During the years I rented from him, I never knew anything but friendly, fair, and impressively fast service. Ashton managed to strike the balance between laid back/friendly and professional. I wish he rented out properties in MA, lol! (Where I moved to).

Ashton was easily the best landlord I've ever dealt with. From the very start, he was easy to work with and always took care of us. Paying rent each month was an easy process, his communication was great, and he always made sure he helped us out with whatever we needed as quickly as he could. He made sure to take care of the house unlike other landlords some people deal with. Ashton was an absolutely outstanding Landlord! He was always readily available if any problems or issues arose and was tentative to fix them, as well as flexible to the needs of his tenants. 6/5 stars ⭐️

I cannot speak highly enough of Ashton - he was a very attentive landlord, always taking care of problems immediately and even helping with things that weren't strictly necessary, such as cosmetic changes, etc. He is very easy to work with and very reliable. He set the bar high for any future landlords!

Renting a house from Ashton was awesome. He would always stay in contact with us and let us know if he was coming over and allowed us to pay with Venno cash or check . The landlord was fairly lenient and painted the house for us after we moved in. I would rent again if I wasn't moving

Ashton is the best landlord of all time! He always came when we needed something and he was so willing to work with us. He takes great care of his properties and while we were living here completed so many upgrades! I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property in AZ.

I've been living in one of Ashton's properties in Tempe since July of 2016 and it's the best rental I've had! He is communicative, timely, and professional which is very important in a landlord tenant relationship. If we ever needed help with anything around the house he is fast and swift with our needs. If you are looking for a rental in the Phoenix area I would recommend him any day! Only reason I'm leaving is because I am moving out of the state, otherwise I would have resigned a lease with Ashton. Thanks for a great year... read more

I am currently a tenant at one of Ashton's houses in Tempe and have been renting from him for two years. Ashton is very involved with all of his properties and takes very good care of each. Ashton goes above and beyond what he needs to and any time a problem or concern has ever come up, he has gotten it solved in a timely manner. It has been such a great experience to rent from Ashton. If you are looking for a great rental experience I would definitely recommend renting from Ashton/Faires Investment Trust!
