Ashton has been an awesome landlord so far. I’ve never had difficulty reaching him and he’s answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I’ve had. Overall, renting from him has been a great experience and I would recommend renting through him to anyone who is looking for an easy, stress-free renting experience.

Ashton was an awesome landlord! Very friendly, attentive and responsive. My friends and I rented a 3 bedroom, completely remodeled town home in Tempe. We LOVED our place: spacious, new appliances, tasteful updates, and great location. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a place!
