Horrible customer relations. Unprofessional company. Don't sign or rent from them.
Honestly one of the worse experiences of my life working with the front office lady. She is so unprofessional in her email and she responds to your emails before even reading them. They dont accept cash or card which is an extra hassle. That lady Nan at the front office is the worse customer facing employee I have ever seen. This deserves 0 stars. I asked her a question about the application form and writing my infornation in a section and she replies with "you cannot move here if you have more than 1 child". Totally incompe... read more
If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Nan - the woman who works in the office is very unprofessional. When I was in the process of trying to fill out an application for a unit, I had some pretty normal questions. My phone calls were barley answered, and when they were she was extremely, disrespectful and cut me off every time I spoke.
