I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with your customer service lately. On Saturday, one of your employees charged me twice for one movie ticket and I had to jump through several hoops to get it refunded. No apologies were made for the inconvenience and no responsibility was taken. I was not even offered the slightest measure of compensation for this hassle.
