Beyond irritated that I can't seem to get a hold of my son's echo results. For two years I thought everything was fine because I never heard back from his PCM. Recently his murmur has been heard again. I called his PCM's record department to ask about the records and there was never any records sent to them from FMH. I've called FMH several times with no returned phone calls, I've emailed and been told they're "trying" to get in touch with cardiology but now no one is responding to my emails. I had outpatient surgery today at FMH and from start to finish everything was executed perfectly. My entire experience was outstanding. Each member of the team was positive and friendly. I was completely comfortable the whole time. The nursing staff and anesthesiologist were superb and the process was seamless. I woke up in ZERO pain and left that way as well. Thank you!
went in with chest cold coughing, fever, sneezing, ...doctor ordered some test with chest X-ray. after seeing results ordered some medications and was released. everyone was great from check-in to the finish very polite and explained things asked if i had any questions.
I was admitted Thursday for my asthma. My room is 258 on the 2nd floor so I don't kno if it's like 258 South/North/West/East. My nurses (Danielle, Michelle, Miranda) I forget the others but they are all extremely great nurses!! While I don't want to be here, they make it very pleasant and I'm so very thankful for that!!

Everyone we came in contact with while my son was in ICU (who was in DKA) was genuinely compassionate, caring and thorough. The facility and rooms are inviting and clean. Most importantly the doctors were excellent in their care and were sure to involve me (parent) in the decision making process which was instrumental in a proper diagnosis and his recovery care.
