I'd like to know when new mother's will be getting a proper postpartum meal delivered to their rooms. After working in a Nice hospital that gave options of chicken cordon blue and steak for new mom's, I was extremely disappointed when I was given chicken strips and crapateria food after having my daughter at FMH. Alongside that, there are many negatives I have seen with the staff in FMH, most specifically Dr Google in the ER and the lack of respect and manners they have. Thank you FMH. After many trips to help sick family, the only gripe I have also applies to TVC. It is so hard to get them to bill Medicaid correctly. We had to have a social worker from Providence in Anchorage call and straighten it out when we were in cancer treatment for Sylvia. Sending people out with an envelope and a form to give social services is not adequate. If the patient has a valid Medicaid group number they should accept that, or get the information from Medicaid. Thank you to all the wonderful nurces and staff that took care of my mom, while she was dying from stage 4 fast acting cancer. They were so good to her, she was a lpn 2 for over 30 ywars npt only here at Denali center but other states awell. I love and miss her. But glad she had great staff that took care of her until she passed away.
Wish we had another er option. Staff is very rude and treat you like shit for being sick and in pain. Ask for ice water and get hot water. Ask why your in so much pain and they just want to give you pain killers and send you away. How about fixing the problem and not just drug the pain away. You would think for the amount of money it cost to see them they would treat you better. No wonder they keep killing people, kids and babys
My stay was pleasant...I had a great team of nurses. I want to thank one particular nurse, Ashley for helping me when I fainted. You made me feel so comfortable and made the stay bearable considering what I had done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Best care. The nursing staff is top notch, especially those caregivers on 3 West.
They accepted a subpeona for an ER doctor to testify at an expedited child custody hearing scheduled for the next morning and then failed to provide the subpeona to the doctor until the next morning and she refused to comply with the subpeona and failed to appear at the hearing.
