The staff here is Amazing!!! They treat you like family!!
Great care, terrible billing practices. Even with double coverage (Aetna and Medicaid) my step-sons bill was turned over to collections.
RN Cheryl P in the radiology department and the imaging center truly understands patient care. My 5 year old had to go through multiple tests that were uncomfortable to say the least. She went above and beyond to help my daughter as best she could. She is the reason I give 5 stars. She is an amazing person.
Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but the nurses, doctors, and full staff are so respectful and nice that it makes it a pleasant experience.
Tell me why Simon is still a Dr here? I have put in NUMEROUS complaints about how he has handled my sisters' cases, and nothing has been done. I have been through all of the appropriate routes only to be left with nothing done. He does not believe in her diagnosis and he's shrugged his shoulders at her every time she's been in. Each time she's had to go right back in the next day and the Doctor on call is baffled as to why Simon overlooked her lab results. For example, she had a kidney infection overlooked. Beyond irritated that I can't seem to get a hold of my son's echo results. For two years I thought everything was fine because I never heard back from his PCM. Recently his murmur has been heard again. I called his PCM's record department to ask about the records and there was never any records sent to them from FMH. I've called FMH several times with no returned phone calls, I've emailed and been told they're "trying" to get in touch with cardiology but now no one is responding to my emails.
