After 1 hour wait time at the ER at 3am they tell me they dont have any nurse or doctor for my pain, no pain meds given either, hope you dont send me a bill

Horrible experience had wife in ER for 5 hours. Couldn’t go in because of covid. She wasn’t offered a blanket and was freezing no drink of water . But the worst was when she got home she noticed they still had the IV in her arm. So then we had to go back.

the way they treat their employees in the kitchen. instead of wanting cooks who know how to cook and have experience, they would rather have people who they can mold and control and who arent outspoken. they prefer robots over experience. they also dont hold everyone to the same standard. they dislike people from the east coast cause were outspoken. very biased place to work
Care about your patients and learn to talk with family members. Make sure patient is stable and ready to be released before putting them out on the street.
RecommendedI want to say how sorry I am that some people were treated badly at our hospital. Well, so far, I've only heard one complaint and I know many, many people who have spent weeks and even months there.
cost to much even with insurance
Was treated very horribly by staff. Absolutely miserable place. Do not recommend at all. Wish there was another option in Fairbanks. Will be heading to anchorage for any non life threatening injuries in the future.

went to the er last night and my son needed his appendix removed. everyone was very professional and amazing. Dr livingood was a great surgeon and more than willing to take time to explain and talk to you like a person not a medical case. there nurses were polite and very helpful and their attitudes helped make it a good experience for both my son and myself. thank you nurse Anna in the pediatric Dept and everyone else that helped!
