We have been getting ready for hip surgery and no one seems to get things right. Prescriptions, medical equipment. Calling back and forth, what covered, what will be there, what will be waiting all get a different story. No call backs, go in person to get equipment and a different story. Do we cancel the surgery. The ER is ridiculous, you know they are not busy when you have 5 people sitting at the desk but they still make you wait 5 hours for any kind of answers. Like your time doesn’t matter. Unfortunately we don’t have any other choice here in Fairbanks or I’m sure this hospital would be in trouble. Horrible service!!
Doesn't give mothers the right to pick and choose what they do here. Also harasses mothers after birth and making them think they are stupid and have 0 rights to what they wish to do. I seriously, don't recommend this hospital shame on you guys. You need to shut this hospital down because, you practice evil Morales.
Fmh is the absolute worst! A security gaurd put hands on me and they have yet to do anything about it and this happened weeks ago! He physically picked me up and threw me on to the bed hard enough to where my tongue was bleeding and the doctors and nurses did nothing to help! I have gotten nothing but shit care from them this past 1 1/2 and i am sick of it! They are rude and the bed side manner sucks
The staff here are absolutely horrible. The nurses are rude and they treat people like crap!! I’m so disappointed in the care my daughter has received here. Wish there was an alternative. They are the most unprofessional and un-compassionate people I have ever had to deal with!

I'd like to know when new mother's will be getting a proper postpartum meal delivered to their rooms. After working in a Nice hospital that gave options of chicken cordon blue and steak for new mom's, I was extremely disappointed when I was given chicken strips and crapateria food after having my daughter at FMH. Alongside that, there are many negatives I have seen with the staff in FMH, most specifically Dr Google in the ER and the lack of respect and manners they have. Thank you FMH. After many trips to help sick family, the only gripe I have also applies to TVC. It is so hard to get them to bill Medicaid correctly. We had to have a social worker from Providence in Anchorage call and straighten it out when we were in cancer treatment for Sylvia. Sending people out with an envelope and a form to give social services is not adequate. If the patient has a valid Medicaid group number they should accept that, or get the information from Medicaid.
