Our first experience with the place, my wife saw Dr. Hammond; he completely ignored her complaints and just gave her a standard hearing exam. Not exactly what you expect from an ENT clinic when you're complaining about tinnitus and painful pressure in your ear! After finally getting a proper diagnosis, she saw Dr. Ragaust for sinus surgery, and has seen him a few times since then for follow-ups.
