RecommendedAs much as I *LOVE* all things medical, I absolutely hate establishing care with a new provider. It’s incredibly awkward and disconcerting as you’re both discreetly trying to size one another up and deciding if you’re moving forward in trust — or not. My experience was as pleasant as could be. The staff here is professional and helpful. Especially Michelle Freemen. She was polite and very attentive.
ENT in Fairbanks is amazing. Kalila is the sweetest and most empathetic person there. Gloria is so helpful with insurance. She took care of my insurance from start to finish. I had no concerns. I love this place. Dr. Kim took great care of me. Got to the root of the problem and took care of me. Highly recommend this place!
They are exceptional. Had surgery with Dr. Kim and everything went smoothly. Love him and the office.
Dr Hammond was great to work with. He gave us good advice when my Dad had cancer and shared with us all the options available to us. We so appreciate him.
