Being a past Army nurse (91C40), I've experienced many an audiology consult including running a TMC. I don't believe I have ever seen a better run, more professional ENT and hearing clinic, period. The level of explanation given for the diagnostic tests and results was superior. In the past, I felt other audiologists were interested in selling high end aids with little explanation and no assurance that it would help my issues. Front desk staff = great; Check in staff = great; Dr. Kim = amazing. Doc answered all my questions, gave his opinion, asked about my feelings on the topic, etc. Dr. Kim even checked my son's stuffed animal's ears too, which was great and showed my son it would be ok.
Dr. Kim is my daughter's ENT and has done an amazing job with her ear surgeries. Dr. Raugust is my ENT and I couldn't be more thankful for him. His compassion, patience, knowledge, and surgery experiences I've had are beyond professional and stupendous.
Disappointed..Saw Dr. Hammond. The staff was rushed....even my appointment . with Dr. Hammond was rushed he didn't want or didn't have the time to give to my appointment.....
