I purchased a gift certificate from Fair Winds for my son's birthday. Jeff could not have been friendlier! He explained what was included with the ride and what would happen if they had to cancel because of the weather. Fortunately for my son and girlfriend, the morning was clear and the ride was spectacular. Both were highly complimentary of Jeff and Fair Winds.
Loved it!! Ed was our pilot and we loved our ride. He is a great tour guide and a wealth of knowledge around the sport of hot air ballooning. Fair Winds was very professional and easy to work with. We can't wait to go again.

We had the most awesome experience today. We met Jeff and the crew from Fair Winds Hot Air Balloon Flights; and they totally made our first balloon ride the best adventure EVER! They served us breakfast, let us help set up the balloon for our flight, introduced us to a whole new view of beautiful Colorado, and made us feel extra special. It was amazing. Had such a great time going on a hot air balloon ride! Everyone on the staff was incredibly polite and our pilot was great! So happy we got to experience this! I highly (no pun intended) recommend it!
