For unpredictable reason, my friends and I decide to cancel our trip prior two days of our reservation. We know we need call them before 7days to receive full refund, so we already assume they will only accept our cancellation but no refund for us. You know what? The stuff are really nice and friendly. They listened our reason (even they do not need to) and accept the cancellation without any charges, which means they give us fully refund prior two days of our booking date. One of the most professional outfits I've had the pleasure to deal with. Jeff and his crew made the entire flight pre and post , a wonderful experience. I am deathly afraid of heights and Jeff gave us the smoothest most beautiful ride ever I would recommend this a hundred and 10% to anybody visiting the Boulder area.
