Ballooning with Fair Winds could not have been better! What a professional outfit. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our first hot air balloon experience. I surprised my husband with a flight for our 1 year wedding anniversary and Fair Winds made it such a wonderful surprise. The staff was absolutely amazing and it was so much fun to be able to participate in the process from beginning to end. Thank you Jeff and staff!
Incredible customer service! Due to a family emergency we had to cancel our trip at the last minute and Fair Winds was more than understanding of the situation. We can't wait to reschedule our trip to Colorado so we can experience all that Fair Winds has to offer. If they're as great in person as they were on the phone, we're in for a real treat!

Although the wildfire smoke prevented me from taking a flight, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very honest. He said that while they would take me up, the view wouldn't be any good and suggested scheduling for another day. He could have easily taken my money, especially when I told him I'm from out of town, but chose to make sure I didn't have a sub-par experience. I will definitely book with them when I come back to Colorado.
We had an amazing time! All staff was friendly and chipper. The scones at breakfast were delicious. The views were amazing and they were very knowledgeable and gave everyone a goodie bag at the end including a personal photo they took before your take off. Highly recommend this company not only for the staff but also for the location.
The balloon rode was a wonderful way sew the front range. We had an amazing time.
