All of the staff was incredibly pleasant and courteous. It was absolutely amazing to see how the team functioned. Our pilot Ed was full of information, jokes and over 10,000 hours of experience. This was a "girl trip" for my mom and me and we couldn't be more impressed with the experience.
My husband and I took a hot air balloon ride with Fair Winds Hot Air Balloon Flights and had an awesome experience. This was definitely a Bucket List item for me and I felt that the experience was well worth the cost. The crew was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. The views were breathtaking!
