RecommendedWe had an AMAZING time! Jeff & his staff were very friendly & full of information! Our pilot Ed made us all very comfortable & pointed out all of the landmarks. The views of the mountains was beyond beautiful! The gathering & gift bags at the end was a very nice touch! You can tell that they all very much enjoy what they do! Will definitely do this again! We had a really wonderful time on our balloon flight! The gift bags at the end were such a special touch, we even went on to do some of the activities they recommended in the bag directly after! But the views of the mountains were by far my favorite part. We are so glad we went with Fair Winds for our balloon ride experience!
Everyone was friendly and professional. The flight was amazing. We had a delay due to weather but they kept checking to see if the wind had died down yet and it finally did! They really try their best not to cancel the flights. They also included pics with the goodie bags at the end instead of trying to make more money from those. I was very impressed with the entire experience.
We had such a wonderful time! Jeff and his crew are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The views were amazing! And at the end they give you a gift bag full of thoughtful goodies! I highly recommend flying with them!
The hot air balloon experience that Fair Winds provides is everything I hoped for and more. The staff and pilots are friendly and caring, and the breakfast before the flight and gift bags after were such a treat!
