Jeff is an amazing guy! He is professional, down to earth, friendly & kind. Remembers each persons name and makes it a point to have a conversation with everyone aboard.....that takes talent! Also, 21 and older balloon riders get to make a toast with Champagne at the end of ride�! Plus your pictures, a balloon pin and T-shirt! You can’t beat this experience ��. The most amazing balloon experience I could ever imagine. My mom was in town for a visit and this was a bucket list item of hers to check off. This company far exceeded our expectations. It was just like floating on a cloud. I am not a big fan of heights but the ride was so smooth and mesmerizing with beautiful scenery you didn't even pay attention to how high you really were. Jeff was amazing and made each person feel very special. Definitely would recommend this company.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Our pilot has over 40 years experience and pointed out interesting landmarks along the way. We would definitely recommend Fair Winds to anyone!
