Once upon a time this place had a total perfect service department honest and proficient. I did not know that this changed 180 degrees when **** died. I Send a ********************* in for service, it is making a bad noise but runs OK, but scary noise. I send it here from muscle memory, I have been using them and doing bird dogs for them for years. (Not used). I get the call from the service guy that it needs a new engine, $5700.00. I tell them I will be there first thing in the AM what time do you open. I take time from work go there and nothing has been done to the car, nothing opened for inspection. I have the service writer (***** and maybe a cheat) start the car. The noise is obviously from the front of the motor and sounds like the chain rubbing.Car still runs fine, joker still says it needs a new engine! I ask why they did not drop the pan or take off the front cover, they claim no need. He charges me for 2 hours to open the hood and condemn the engine. Towed the car to a local shop down the road on the high way they pop the front cover and call me with the semi good news. Just the timing chain and tensioner. What do you think Service writer and mechanic on commission, or incredibly poor at car repair, either way watch out.

This is the most unprofessional dealer ship that I have ever purchased a vehicle from in my life. They sold me a car that had over 3,000$ worth of problems, and refused to do anything to get me out of ***** after I communicated the issues my first day driving home. The manager had my car for well over 5 days without informing me of any results of the diagnostic. I was originally told that my car was being sent to a specialist at the **** dealership only to be told 5 days later that they took it back so it could be repaired by theirs specialist who was on vacation. This dealer deserves **** stars and I suggest for all potential buyers to be present with a lawyer before you sign any paper work. They in fact still have my car in there position, and I haven't owned it for 1 week. "
