Service Advisor declined to provide replacement of rear brake pads at 3 mm (fully covered under the pre-paid Premium Maintenance Plan) and charged me for spark plug changes which was also covered under pre-paid Premium Maintenance Plan. He was very condescending and non chalant attitude about providing a good customer service. Have escalated to Service Manager, Owner and corporate Lincoln Executives.

I was very disappointed with the manager *** He was very rude when was having a discussion with him He left and then turned around and said when youre ready I going to be in my office This shows me top management is unaware of what goes on at the dealership and is focused on making money

I cannot express my disappointment in this dealership. The sales staff were nice, but management failed me. Their service rep used my car as his own while I was travelling, racking up hundreds of miles and toll charges I had to pay. Later, I learned he had been arrested for car theft only a month prior. Although not convicted, it shattered my trust. I asked the dealership to take back the car or refund my one-pay lease. They refused. Reasons why NOT to buy a Lincoln Navigator, and from Fair Oaks Lincoln, Naperville, IL.Bought a used 2023 Lincoln Navigator with ***** miles out the door $92,000 from Fair Oaks Lincoln, Naperville on 3-1-25. Since the purchase, every week, there will be insane amount of dust (see pictures of 1 week pile up on the dash board). I've gone in 3 times (almost every week, except 2 weekends of spring break). Sold me a car thats been in the dealership for service over 40 times within 2 years of owning. Now the headlights are cracking from the mounts and the dealership and **** dont want to cover it but they fix both defective fog lights. Fair oaks ford service tech ****** told me im a liar and to take car to other dealerahip to fix. Im tired of the run around at this dealership. Go elsewhere please.

I have done business with ************* Lincoln for 8 years, For the most part it was a good experience but then they started to send the promotions because I was a "valued customer" of both **** and ******************** vehicles I purchased and/or serviced at their facilities. So today I wanted to use on of the promotions to reduce my service bill for my Lincoln. The certificate clearly stated ******** Fold Lincoln but the Lincoln service department would not accept them. Once upon a time this place had a total perfect service department honest and proficient. I did not know that this changed 180 degrees when **** died. I Send a ********************* in for service, it is making a bad noise but runs OK, but scary noise. I send it here from muscle memory, I have been using them and doing bird dogs for them for years. This is the most unprofessional dealer ship that I have ever purchased a vehicle from in my life. They sold me a car that had over 3,000$ worth of problems, and refused to do anything to get me out of ***** after I communicated the issues my first day driving home. The manager had my car for well over 5 days without informing me of any results of the diagnostic.
