I am terrified of going to the dentist, but I have found Dr. Vo and her staff to be wonderfully professional and comforting. She is always straight forward with her diagnosis, and makes sure I understand what she is going to do to my teeth. I have been here for quite a few cleanings, but yesterday I went to her with a very sensitive toothache in a back molar. Even cold wind was causing pain. This was the worst experience of my life. As I was filling out paper work I could hear the receptionist and assistant talking about hangovers which I though was unprofessional. First they sat me in a room and did not greet me or even smile or make small talk. They had x-ray technicians that had no idea what they were doing.
