Today was my first appointment. Everyone was friendly, the office was very clean and calming, and they even have TVs set up over the exam chairs so you can distract yourself with some HGTV or whatever. My hygienist was very nice and explained everything; she even went over my x-rays and photos (via the overhead TV) with me and explained all the things she saw and the concerns she had. Very friendly and explained everything in detail
This practice is fantastic. The whole staff is friendly and accommodating. I haven’t had one single problem with them, and I’ve been going to them for 6-7 years. They make the whole experience of dental care really comfortable. They care about how you feel during procedures, they explain things, and they just care about you. I also love that they remember little details about each patient. It shows that they are truly invested in the person.
