My child was at a friends apartment and was bit by bed bugs and saw 5 cockroaches. I was so discussed. The worst part was the girls in the office denied it and told me my child was lying. (I saw the Snapchat video) please be aware of these truths before you ever rent from them for your sake and for your children.

RecommendedI’ve lived here for almost 3 years.. I love this place. They throw parties, they start plowing the snow before it’s even stopped. I’ve had every concern I’ve ever had addressed in a professional way. I would recommend fair hills to everyone

I love being a resident here! I chose Fair Hills after doing some research and found that they were ranked high in excellent customer service, and the apartments were nice. Best decision! The office staff are very friendly and eager to help with any problem or concern you may have. The maintenance team is beyond helpful. I can't say enough positive things about the staff here. I’ve lived at fair hills twice now. The first time we had a GREAT experience.. this time however was TERRIBLE! We lived at fair hills this time around for a total of 6 months (less than the first time we lived there). When we moved out I got a bill for missing keys.. which later on they found because THEY missed placed them. I got Charged for new carpet, and when I asked about that I was told they had to replace the carpet anyways because it was “old” (we left that carpet in wonderful condition) there’s NEVER any parking... ... read more
