My experience at Fair Hills has been exceptional! The office staff are very nice and super helpful and the maintenance guys are FANTASTIC (even the one that parks like an asshole! He's one hell of a guy Lol) Have always fixed any issues I may have within a timely manner. The grounds are nicely kept and I'm happy to call this place home.

We have loved living at fair hills. We are going on our 2nd year here! The office staff and maintenance guys are awesome. If you are ever moving to Williston and looking for a place to live, we recommend checking these guys out!!!! Great family fun community activities each month, they are always looking for ways to help charities, and it seems like every month they are doing cool drawings and contests for discounts off rent. Doesn't get much better than this!
