Loved living there in the beginning and then signed another lease and the building and service went downhill... Drunk people passed out in the hall.. Odor of puke in the hall and entry for days called the office and no one seemed to care...

Fair hills apartment have the most hospitable workers, the people in the office are very respectful, and friendly, it’s is a beautiful and quiet environment, very spacious and most of all affordable. Not to mention they stay on top of work orders, and they keep our yards clean. Fair hills is an amazing place to live and I’m glad I made them my first choice...
