2025 Edit- Had to call a new HVAC company due to Fair not seeing a fairly large leak and my unit going out in the middle of summer. It was the exact same issue I had called Fair for before. When I attempted to call them to fix it they quoted me at least 3 days. Called another company and they came asap and did an actual weld to fix everything. Discovered my heat was out around 9am. Called at 10. They came by around 11:30, diagnosed the problem, and had the part. Heat was on by 1:30. Great service, fair price, and no doom and gloom pressure.
