If I could give zero stars, I would , I walked into the business was greeted politely. I told them I was looking to get a quote on a Carport was told the gentleman who did the quotes was not there. Then a gentleman walked in, and the secretary asked him to assist. He sat down I outlined what I would like. He basically made it sound like it was all too hard with access council permits, etc. I believe it’s my house is a standard suburban house block. I didn’t think there was that much issue. Communication is poor. Very disappointed. This is sad as we have used this business before & never had an issue. Why this has changed, who knows.
