This is the 2nd custom job Faini has done for us. The first time we worked with them was to make our wedding band. The second time we worked with them was to make my mothers ring. I received a ring from my grandmother, we shared the same birthstone - I wore the ring for many, many years. The prongs/band wore out so it needed to be reset. Wow! What an awesome experience! Nic was so accommodating and understanding! I waited 30 years for the perfect ring and Faini's made it happen! My husband and I are so grateful! Amazing showroom, phenomenal customer service and most of all exceptional listening skills to determine what the customer is trying to describe! � We enjoyed every second of the process! They also repaired, cleaned, and appraised my other pieces! 5++ in my book!

Great employees. Very thoughtful and worked with me throughout the process. I went to Faini on recommendation from a friend with very little knowledge on engagement rings and styles, but had a fairly good idea of what I wanted. They worked with me and helped me pick out something that matched my fiancee's personality. Everything else was smooth with ordering and sizing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a special ring!

When my fiancee and I went in search of an engagement ring, I wasn't sure what I wanted except for one specific: I did not want a diamond. I wanted an opal. Every other jewelry store we walked into, we quickly left in disappointment and frustration. I recently got a beautiful pearl and diamond necklace for my girlfriend at Faini. Cecelia was amazing. I was offered a beverage and a tour when I got there. She already had several items in mind picked out in my price range. She even had one of the girls model the necklace for me since I'm terrible at picturing things. And best of all my girlfriend loved the necklace! Thanks so much Cecelia and Faini.
