Unprofessional and disorganized – First of all when I arrived at the building, the guy at the security tells me I have the wrong address. I call the spa and they tell me to disregard him and walk across the corridor and take the elevator up. When I get there it's the exact time of my appointment, yet, they make me wait half an hour for a room to receive a body scrub. I took advantage of Faina European Day Spa's extended spa week specials to try the place -- and got a great facial & nice paraffin hand treatment from Faina herself. I agree that the place does not have your typical luxury relaxation oasis atmosphere, but they are most definitely into service and quality treatments that produce results. Friendly and Efficient Spa Service for Men – I went to Faina day spa to prep for some upcoming beach travel by having self-tanner airbrushed on. I opted to go for the full body scrub down before the airbrushing. The office location was a bit surprising - sort of an office building setting - but upon walking inside it certainly felt like a relaxing spa environment. Wonderful Experience – I loved this place. I got a wonderful massage and a body scrub that was awesome. The paraffin hand treatment was on the average side, but the staff and overall feel of this place was relaxing. The brazillian wax was very painful and the woman did not follow my instructions. But overall I would recommend this place for its spa services.
Best Birthday Gift Ever! – I recieved a gift certificate for my birthday from a friend for a full spa day to Faina. I was so impressed with my day of pampering that I am now planning on becoming a loyal customer. I was hooked by the wonderful services and the meticulous attention to detail. Wonderful place! – I went with my best friend for a half-day special (massage, facial and a body scrub), and we both had a wonderful experience. Everyone is very knowledgeable, kind and attentive. The atmosphere is more like in a European-type salon, than a new-age spa you usually find in the States. So, no meditation rooms, water-fountains and colored rocks, but very straightforward salon with several (small) treatment rooms and experienced staff. The prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend it!
Great place to unwind – Sometimes I find spas intimidating but this place was so relaxing and pleasant that I was immediately at ease. The service was great and friendly, prompt and attentive, everything you would expect from a high quality spa. The pricing also seems quite reasonable as compared to other spas in the area. I plan on sending my boyfriend to this spa soon, he is a former massage therapist and I'm sure even he will be impressed!
Great Men's Treatments – I was surpsied that a spa had such great treatmenst for men. The Grooming facial consisted of all the essentials; extractions, moisturizing, waxing, masks. Basically eveything a man needs all in one facial. I am glad my girlfried convinced me to come. This could be just another thing we can do together !
My Day In Heaven – I was introduced to Faina European Spa through a gift spa package from my husband. I had the relaxing manicure & pedicure, best ever body massage, european facial and delicous body scrub, all of these services were amazing. I was pampered, fawned over, fed, and made to feel sooo relaxed. I loved it! After leaving this spa I felt like a million bucks!!! This is a great gift for someone, maybe my hubby will read this & take the hint! :-)
