Mr. Fain agreed to come to my house to give me a price on a concrete pool in my backyard; he did show up and never respond to my messages, text, and calls; after that, he blamed me and didn't take responsibility for Tardiness and unresponsive and unprofessional behavior.

Doesn’t follow up . My pool is falling apart . I have tiles falling in my pool . Poor communication or response .
