Had a service call to test out my electrical heat pump system. The guys stayed here over 4 hours, only to tell me nothing. They said there would be a follow up call and no one ever called. I paid the bill and never heard anything. Very disappointed.

My house is total electric and had electric baseboard heating and window air-conditioning. Earlier this year I had Fahrenheit install a mini-split system, heat and air. Just got my November bill from Eversource and in their comparison from last year and this, I used 45.5% less electric this year!!! WOW. I am on a fixed income, so for me this is huge. We recently had our furnace serviced and Fahrenheit did a great job! Our technician was Zach. He was on time and we were very happy with his work. Thank you Fahrenheit. We would highly recommend.
