Love the building and the people! New management is very responsive for off hours emergencies!!
Do not get a unit here they steal packages religiously and management does nothing about it
Good luck scheduling a tour and actually seeing the units. Extremely useless management, was outside the building for 45 mins waiting for a tour nobody showed up. No leasing agent, no concierge or nothing. Even the Amazon driver to came to make deliveries had to take them back to their truck because no one was there to open the door.
Can’t see reviews, can’t see prices. Just a waste of time.
Definitely not the best communication it is very difficult to maintain consistent line of communication with anyone . I do understand that agents get busy but it’s a crucial red flag when looking for a building you can trust . At the end of the day it’s a business for them but still a home to the residents so that is disappointing to see.
