I had a small leak in my basement. I called Fagnelli and the dispatcher told me that it would cost about $160 to come out on the weekend and if I could wait til Monday it will be only $60. I waited til Monday and of course the tech was late (1 hr). Once he arrived he checked out the small leak, He explained that he had to replace some piping (no less than a foot).
