The receptionists went out of her way to keep me informed. Rachel was outstanding explaining every thing. She was efficient and thought of offering tissues, etc. without my having to ask her. Check-out lady. great to verify my next appointment.Â
No wait time issues. The appointment went smoothly and all my questions were answered completely. Next appointment set up easily with the receptionist. I forgot to get my next lab slip and triage agreed to mail me one after a phone call. Perfect
15534 facility cleaner than on my previous visit, BUT, there was still too much trash in large-mouth open containers in my exam room. Very unappealing.

Have been going here for years. Westlake office very friendly and helpful Jollyville office not so front desk behind a marked glass they throw the sign in sheet at you never saw a face The lady that did my CT was sweet and helpful, Danielle and Dr Denson always great no matter where they are. I am surprised I received a bill for $3.20 all same insurance and this has never happened before so would like that checked.
Dr. Hardee is probably the best doctor I have ever had in my lifetime. She genuinely cares about what's going on with me and wants me to keep her updated with my visits to MD Anderson. I'm so happy she's my doc.
