The woman at the front desk almost makes you almost glad to walk into a urology office. She is genuinely friendly and very good at her job. Dr. Giesler makes you feel comfortable and explains things clearly. I like him.

Front office staff was over worked today as they were double booked. They did fine considering the number of patients. Dr. Chopp,as usual, was very professional and efficient.
