Very informative. Each person took the time to explain and answer questions.
Front desk person was fast and efficient, very impressive in her work but would like to see a more friendly presence. She was friendly when I was leaving, so could have been a rare instance.

I was very impressed with staff, they were professional, friendly and efficient. My physician was exceptional. She listened to my symptoms, asked probing questions, responded to all questions and explained all options available for treatment.
Made the experience overall very pleasant.
I was impressed with the transparency of the procedure. Understanding the procedure helped to lesson the anxiety level. I didn't have to understand the procedure in order for the doctor to be successful. Therefore it was a kindness then rather than a need.
