really enjoyed the video conference call with my Dr.
Desk staff was not only courteous and considerate to me, but I overhear how they both went beyond the extra mile to courteously help another patient whose check in was not as smooth as mine. That leaves me feeling confident about their sincerity.
All Are Very Polite And Friendly
I was very nervous and the staff did an outstanding job of explaining my procedure to me as well as being encouraging and comforting thru the process. My key take-away-thought was, gosh, they were so very nice and seemed really concerned about me!!
My first visit after changing from another Urologist across town. I was very pleased with the attention I was given, the expertise of the staff, and the bed-side manner of the Doctor.
Outstanding doctor, nurse and office staff. Best I have seen in my 23 years in Austin.
