WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE – I ordered in August and it took way too long to get anything accomplished. The lady who runs the store is disorganized, unprofessional, and should just close the store. The installer, her husband, did a terrible job and left my fireplace half installed. Just turned on my blower tonight and the thing sounds like it goings to explode, something he probably checked but didn't tell me. Slow and unresponsive – The project started in September and finished April 1st. This was not a major project and initially we thought it would be finished within weeks of ordering the parts. A variety of problems ensued; parts not ordered correctly, wrong parts delivered, bad weather, all of which would be understandable but seldom did we get any followup from them.
