We are currently at an hour and six minutes’ wait. I wish I could say this is an anomaly but it’s not. I have been a patient here for probably 20 years and the wait is always at least an hour. If it’s an appointment where dilation is necessary, it’s usually more like 2. Because this is happening again today, I am seriously considering changing to an ophthalmologist that respects my time a little more....if one exists. Great offic, great staff. Dr. Fagadau is the best. Came early, got in early. Monica and Tiara were great and fun. Very well taken care of. That and my eyesight are very important to me. And vote for the front office decorations. They are great
Saw Dr Swanson last week. The two techs that assisted were courteous and super efficient. I waited a short time for the doctor but because the tech already had consent forms signed by me, we saved some time there. Dr Swanson reviewed important details with me and explained the procedure she was performing. Everyone assured me of what to expect and when it's appropriate to call or wait until the next appointment
I love Dr Swanson, she is caring, very professional, she is compassionate and gets the job done. If she doesn't know the answer she will send you somewhere that can tell you. I had a very good experience with her.
