RecommendedFirst time staying at Faena and I thought it was fabulous! The suite was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly but weren't all on the same page, we got different answers multiple times for questions we had, but one of them could have been a new employee. The pool is wonderful and the staff is so attentive! Rian took such good care of us, and was just a ray of sunshine with his personality! ( he needs a raise!) I did not get to experience the full service but over all it seemed nice nothing wow effect, very Miami style:-) absolety not world standard I have seen way much better and impressing hotels.

Everything is on point. Phenomenal architecture and design of the hotel grounds. Attention to detail is the norm. Outstanding customer service from the restaurants to the pool. The rooms are beautiful and no expense was spared. By far the best hotel in South Beach I had the pleasure of visiting. I have been to this area many times and I am going to return to this hotel.
