Horrible service at the lobby bar. Two waitresses were acting like they didn't care about anyone, one of them spilled half of the bottle on my friend, said that she's going to change it and ran away. After that, when we finally caught another one (they were literally ignoring us, which is extremely rude) and ask her to pour champagne in glasses, we told her that other girl spilled champagne and her response was: "I know, she told me". The Faena experience is Unique,there is nothing like it in Miami Beach right now. We had Dinner at Los Fuegos where the Rack of a lamb is Superb,. C'est Rouge ,the show playing at the teether is a must see,would leave you speechless. I highly recommend this Amazing hotel.
