Not impressed. Stayed 5 days over New Year. Service a bit slow. The New Years dinner/party a disaster of old tired people. Definitely NOT a leading hotel of the world standard.

Look this. I am in the hotel Now. I have been trying to call the front desk since10:30 but nobody answer , Believe or Not last time the front answered back it was at 5 pm and I said that AC was Not working and light in the living is not turn off, people Said that an engineer was supposed to come. Nothing happened. Now 00:42 and we have the same Problem. My advice: DONT COME to this place.
The whole experience here was outstanding and the service and food impeccable.
