I had a colonoscopy set up, had to cancel because bathroom in my office was broke and didn't feel comfortable doing prep without bathroom and then i relized the new appointment was during state and I didn't want to be at state doing the prep and the nurse was rude and was like you have to schedule another appt to see him, it had only been eight months, nothing has changed and he talked to me for 5 minutes, then I would have to pay for another office visit and nurse was being rude saying it will push you way out. Had my study done two years ago and still haven't seen the results posted on my "one chart". I think he came in a told me everything was ok but just out of sedation so who knows.
I could not be happier with my experience of 2 colonoscopies in 3 years. The staff are so kind and listen to my particular concerns -- and remember them! I was afraid of the procedure, and they kindly and literally held my hand to comfort me. I am no expert, but it is my feeling that Dr. Rzouk is extremely skilled. If I need to go back in 3 years, I will...to Dr. Rzouk and Faith Regional's Surgery Center.
Scope Jockey! (Please Read!) I was a patient of Dr. Rzouq for several years with chronic GI issues. His answer for everything is an endoscopy. I’ve had 4 done, but no follow up treatment. He sees patients only one day per week! He doesn’t care to help you. He makes more money with exploratory scopes than he would if you were treated and got better.
