I want to give a background. My elderly father was recovering from surgery and unable to shave himself due to his whiskers were too much. I called all the barbers in town and Faded Barber was the only one that said he could take Dad's overgrown whiskers down so Dad could shave himself again. The Barber was kind and helpful and Dad was so happy. I took Dad in today for a haircut. Dad explained how he likes his haircut, it looked great. I had to download an app just to make an appointment. Wouldn't let me create an account with a local phone number. Messaged the owner. I only gave 1 star because 0 wasnt an option! Do better
