I have a procedure being done at LLUMC Adult GI Lab but no one every answers the phone. I have called so many times and the calls disconnect. Someone needs to look into this as the staff is not willing to help any patient. This is NOT acceptable. When the recording comes up it says "your call is very important to us, please call at another time. If it's important, why is it that no one cares?

My appointment was for 8 am i was at the hospital across the street.. Wrong place and had exceded my time for holding my appointment I notified the operator and she immidiately xinnecred me with the radiology dept who said do not worry we will be ready for you. I was treated (as always) With Great respect and taken back almost instantly. These are wonderful Drs who actually care about your health as an individual more than upsetting the Big insurance Companies by a Real Diagnosis and Efective treatment plans .. Oh yes!
