Excellent Service.
I have a procedure being done at LLUMC Adult GI Lab but no one every answers the phone. I have called so many times and the calls disconnect. Someone needs to look into this as the staff is not willing to help any patient. This is NOT acceptable. When the recording comes up it says "your call is very important to us, please call at another time. If it's important, why is it that no one cares?
