I have called no less than 15 times over the period of 1.5 months to schedule a new patient appt. I typically call at 8:00 and ALWAYS have to leave a message for someone to return my call. Probably out of the 15 times they have called back maybe 3 times and I have been at work. What a joke! I’m looking somewhere else now since they are obviously not concerned with getting new patients…
