Had been looking for a mattress for MONTHS for my sister. Tried 2 different retailers who said it would only take 2 weeks to get the mattress to us, and it ended up getting rescheduled multiple times. Walked into this Factory Mattress and not only did they help us find a mattress for my sister, but they had a deal going that was so good I went ahead and bought myself a mattress, too. I went in with an idea of the type of mattress I wanted. Lori was fantastic in explaining differences to me and what would be best for my needs. She was patient as I went back and forth with my options, and offered add-ons to my purchase. I received the mattress the next day. I'm 3 months in and sleeping great!
