upset the people are smooth talkers, i was charged extra for items that came with the home i ordered. they parked the home on my land then took forever to set up, josh began to ignore my phone calls for information. screens were missing from some windows
Nice people, but I would reconsider Doing Business Factory Housing of Boone currently sells and is a dealer for Giles Industries, a mobile home manufacturer. We purchased our Giles mobile home from Factory Housing of Boone. Within the first week we had several problems. We listed several issues to be fixed, and after several attempts we thought the problems were over. The Cashes do it right! When moving to Boone from Charlotte, we were shocked at the high housing prices of existing old homes and stick built construction. We were totally unfamiliar with modular systems until meeting with Josh and his family business. 2 years ago they built our beautiful home and are still reliable resources for help and questions and we consider them friends!
