I had such a great experience with Factory Finish! Ramon, the estimator who helped me, was fantastic, he kept me updated throughout the process and made everything super easy to understand. My car was delivered back perfectly clean and looking brand new. The customer service and communication were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend Factory Finish and Ramon for anyone needing quality work and great care!
I walked into this establishment and there was no one there to assist me. I waited for a while, but still no one showed up. I noticed a guy working on a car right by the office, and he kept glancing at me like I was doing something wrong. Please do not take your vehicle to this place..! As been a Military Member I have lived many places ~ gotten repairs done~ this place is HORRIBLE.. They broke parts off of my vehicle~ removed parts off of it that shouldn’t been taken off..!Once I asked them about The parts the guy explained that he had Thrown the parts into the trash..!WHY~ that part should’ve never came off from the start…REPORT them to BBB this PLACE never even responded back to them in reference to the damage of my vehicle!
