Update...After posting this review my sister got a call from Factory Direct saying someone would be out Monday to make of list of everything that needed to be fixed and then start on the job. Monday came and went. Did we get a call? NO...Did anyone show up? NO. Are all her pipes going to freeze in this upcoming weather. Most likely. Another warning about doing business with these people. When we went in looking for a home everyone was so nice and helpful. We purchased a used home. They helped get us through the paperwork and loan process. But after that it went downhill. After they delivered our home is was like pulling teeth to get anything done. I called every week for 6 weeks before they finally got skirting up. I continued to call for 6 more weeks, even talked to the owner, about getting our house finished. Storm door missing, light fixtures missing, no keys to the house, etc.. with no luck.
